Our Mission

Our ethos is to be open with the people who put their trust in us. We will keep you up to date with all of what we are doing and have you legally protected from the start. Our aim is too maximise profits for the land owner in the shortest possible time. A typical application takes about 9 months.

Simon Bumford

Director
Bachelor of Science (Bsc) (Information Technology)

Simon has helped broker land sales for some of the largest UK home builders and has exceptional connections with those in the Midlands. He prides himself on outstanding customer service and gaining the most from the land he is selling. With a Bsc in Information Technology Simon has helped develop the complex systems we use to value parcels of land and place our business at the forefront of the competition. Simon is a keen fisherman and likes spending time with his children.

Malcolm Fishwick

Land Manager
Bachelor of Science (Bsc) (Hons, Real Estate)

Malcolm Studied at Birmingham City University and completed his degree in 2012. Since then he has been involved with a variety of project management and land deals with some of the UK’s largest home builders and now heads our new land valuations and planning applications. Originally from Cornwall Malcolm is partial to a warm Cornish pastie and enjoys cycling.

Laura Griffiths

Land & Planning Executive
Bachelor of Science (Bsc) (Town Planning & Property Development)

Laura is the youngest member of the team who graduated in 2014 with a Town Planning & Property Development degree. Laura is the first point of contact for all our enquires and is highly skilled to use our planning systems to assess the prospect of planning permission. Laura enjoys cooking and the odd glass of Prosecco.
